I was raised on Long Island and got spoiled by the great pizza that was readily available wherever I went. After living in Florida for 26 years, I moved to Syracuse a little more than a yearI ago. I just assumed all the pizza would be like it was on L.I.. Boy, was I wrong! I have been to 14 pizza shops in the area and, until coming here on a tip, had pretty much given up hope. This is what N.Y. pizza is supposed to taste like, folks! Great crust, great sauce, great cheese all in perfect harmony.
