Ugh! Unfriendly, arrogant, irresponsible. Ignored my requests and diagnosed on their own, over-charging for service and diagnosis. I needed to search elsewhere to confirm their outrageous info., and had my car ""held hostage"" for 10 days. Ridiculous!
