I have always liked Bella Nails and will continue to go there but when I recently had gel nails put on, they did not inform me that gel nails do not include cleaning up the cuticle area nor that a different nail polished is used versus what is on the wall. Although we asked questions, BN staff need to be able to provide what each services are provided.
