I'm from arizona but was in town visiting my in-laws over new years. All was well until we came out to the garage with a FLOOD of water and realize the water heater was leaking. This was at 10PM on a Saturday night. We called multiple plumbers hoping for someone who truly lived up to their ""24 hour service"" claim. Mr Rooter was the first to pick up the phone after calling 3 others! Not only that, but they had a plumber in my area who they sent over within 30 minutes. We had already turned off the water per their instructions and when their tech got their he was very calm, courteous, and knowledgeable. They got the mess cleaned up, removed the damaged water heater, and restored water to our house that night! Within short order they came back and installed a brand new water heater for us and did an outstanding job- looking at my in-laws' garage after you'd never know anything happened! I recommend this company hands down for anything you need plumbing related!
