The service was great. The website updates were key to staying connected because if there was a delay that was the only way to find out because no one called to give an explanation. Would have rated 5 stars if there would have at least been a description on the site updates about why the delay occurred. Even with the slight delays we experenced, our vehicle was returned quickly and looking better than it did before it was in an accident. Thanks!
