I started using her about 30 years ago when we wanted to get our sofa reupholstered. She advised my husband and myself to get new furniture because it would be cheaper, so she re-did our whole living room. From there, over the years she has done every room in our home. We have always been satisfied with the work. The furniture is priced reasonably. I couldn't think of one bad thing to say about her.
