I've refinanced twice with Ryan Lugbauer Guarantee Mtg in the past three years. There were hiccups every time, but not because of their wrong doing. One time it was because I had to get rid of some home equity, line of credit, another time it was because my wife was travelling internationally and we needed her to sign some things. In both cases they were responsive and helpful. We finished the refinance with no out of pocket expenses or concerns. They are on the ball and very positive. They take out the uncertainty through communication, walking through the process, and are overly accommodating. You can go to any location, or have a notary come to your house, or go to any escrow office in the country, they make it very helpful and accommodating. Ryan understood what I was looking for, and was very helpful. The second time he initiated the refinancing to save me money. He is knowledgeable about what I should do. I have recommended them and would recommend his services.
