We had never had anything like this happen to us before. We called our carpet cleaners and they recommended Midwest Remediation. We were overwhelmed with how good they were. The insurance inspector said it was the best job he'd ever seen. He said the insurance company would pay the full quote because Midwest Remediation did everything right and didn't add any unnecessary expenses. Nothing needs to be redone.
