I want to let you know how much I appreciated the quick response and great service I recently received from Joe Pedota and Jim Cichon.
I have been using Besco for some time. You installed my previous furnace and my hot water tank. I also have you come out to do the annual check-up on the furnace and a/c
I recently contacted Besco because of a problem with my furnace. On the second call that day Jim Cichon came out to check my furnace. He usually does the annual check-ups for me. He found the problem and got the furnace working so I would have some heat. He explained the problem and what it might cost to fix it and suggested that I think about a new furnace given the age of the current one. I asked Jim to explain the problem to my brother and after discussing it with my brother I decided to have a new furnace installed.
There was a time issued involved and your office staff was very helpful in getting Joe Pedota out the next morning to take a look at my requirements and provide product information.
Joe was just great! He looked at my existing furnace and a/c and made suggestions for new units. He didnt rush through anything. He answered all my questions. I decided to purchase a new Trane furnace and will purchase a new a/c in the spring. Because of the time issue Joe managed to get things going right away. Within about an hour after I signed the contract he had a crew at my house installing the new furnace.
The two men that installed the furnace did a great job and had my new furnace running in a few hours. They also cleaned up the area where they were working and didnt leave any mess.
Within a few days of my problem my friend had a furnace issue and I recommended Besco. She also needed a new furnace and was very happy with your service.
