I wish I had read the reviews before choosing to get glasses here. Terrible service. Overpriced lenses. Rude employees (except for one, maybe two). Overall horrible (never-ending) experience. \r

These people obviously do not like their jobs or perhaps their employer, and this comes through in the service and attitude. They didn't even make sure the glasses fit my face when I picked them up. They charge $75 more for lenses than anywhere in the area, but claim they're the best. They did a crappy job. After ten days, I decided to exchange the glasses (they looked bad and weren't comfortable), which they assured me was perfectly OK under their 30-day return policy. That's when it really went downhill. They make you feel like an a#@hole for exchanging your glasses. So much that I almost just sold them on ebay instead. Oh, and they said the exchanged pair would cost the same, but in the end they billed me. Instead of arguing, I paid. I just wanted to get out of there.\r
