After 3 weeks without laundry, my washer/dryer was finally installed out of storage following renovation. Sure enough, washing machine poured water on floor, and dryer made horrible noises. Got SAME DAY appointment via Pitstop's website, problems were fixed quickly (loose stuff from jostling in and out of storage) and only charged for service call, reasonable rates. Plus the guy who came to my house was very nice. EXCELLENT experience!
