The sales woman was great. The custom order we had was easy and the couch is beautiful. The only reason I left off a star, is that the delivery guys-or the people who loaded the truck- banged one of the pieces on the truck, causing a couple small tears and a bent back piece. Since the delivery guys face was right in the part that was torn, I would have liked them to point it out. They didn't say anything and I didn't notice, until they were gone. I haven't contacted the store yet. Otherwise, beautiful piece of furniture.
