A wonderful experience. On our second day of dress shopping for my daughter's wedding, my sister and I walked into Abbey's. We were introduced to Meredith who takes care of all Mothers of the Bride. She helped me pick out about 12 dresses to try on. I was thrilled that the dresses were all size 14 so it felt good when she pulled the dress in tight to fit instead having the dress be too small to begin with. Meredith helped us narrowed down the search to 4-5 dresses. She offered comments but I did not find her pushy. Eventually I decided on the dress which really was an easy decision because the dress made me feel beautiful the first time I tried it on. I did have to pay an extra $40 to rush the order since I was late in picking out my dress. When the dress came it, it fit perfectly and I did not need any alterations so I cannot address how that may have worded out. Meredith was also very helpful in choosing the type of shoe I should wear and what jewelry would compliment the dress. I would encourage a mother of the bride to visit this dress shop.
