Prior to visiting the store, I had read quite a few negative reviews on the various H & H Outdoors websites. In spite of the negativity of the websites, I decide to give them a try anyway and BOY! WAS I PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! There were four gentlemen working at the time I visited; two on the first floor and two downstairs. All four treated me with the UTMOST respect. I was looking for a pea coat for my daughter who is very petite in size. Although they didn t have her size in stock; they offered to order one for me from the manufacturer. They placed my order on Monday afternoon and on Saturday morning I received a call from a member of the H & H staff that the coat was in and I could come and pick it up. I received GREAT customer service and would have missed out on a very pleasant shopping experience and a great quality product if I had paid attention to the negative reviews.
