On a cold, cold day in early January 2013, I called American Vintage Home for service on my furnace system that was not functioning properly. I was told the technician, a fellow named, Pawel would be at my house between 12 and 4 pm. \r

Pawel called my house prior to coming...at just after 12pm! He was friendly, professional and fixed the problem with my furnace.\r
