Leon Travis immediately contacted me and provided very thorough and friendly service. He was prompt and was always available at the scheduled times. If I was unable to reach Leon since he was with another customer, the sales Manager Ale immediately handled my question and didn't keep me waiting. I bought a 2013 Grand Cherokee and couldn't have been happier with the experience with Leon and Criswell. I definitely will recommend them to others, and I plan to make future purchases with Criswell.
