If you are getting new windows DONT get them from here.... this company is completely a horrible company. They put windows in my parents home that were installed incorrectly & put in BAD manufactured windows. These were the one of the most expensive windows this company carried. \r

They put the windows in February '12 -- they realized that the windows were bad in May bc the windows could not latch/lock closed. Meaning that anyone at any time could break into their home!!!!!!\r

They also noticed when trying to do the molding for the window that none of the windows were even installed straight. In May they started trying to contact them... NO ONE answered the phone, they continually left messages for months.\r

FINALLY someone got back to them in July. They sent a guy out july 22nd stating yes the HAD to do something with the windows. He said he would be back on thursday.... he didnt make it back until august 11th. Then he restated that they were installed incorrectly & that the windows were also faulty. Said that he would have the office would call on monday -- THEY NEVER DID. SEnding my parents back to the calling/leaving messages game... NO ONE answered again! \r

My parents eventally had to contact the attorney general. My mom kept all the paperwork & called the window company directly (something c.micheals NEVER did as the window company said they had not heard anything about it). One of their reps came out, check out the windows stated they are fauly & they themselves will place in the windows for them KNOWING that is is not their responsibility. That it will be 2 weeks for those specific windows to arrive. \r

They came & fixed the windows THAT DAY a salesman called from c .micheals called to see if they could put out a lawn sign at the house. THE NERVE mind you my parents are still waiting to hear back from the company... MY mother broke down in tears explaining her frustration to the sales guy... he said that he would have someone call later that day. OF COARSE NO ONE CALLED BACK!!!!!!\r

Their service is HORRIBLE .... unless you want to learn about the states legal process DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
