I have gone into Toproc with my friend to get tattoos and the place is very clean and the people know what they are doing. For the dumbass who said to go to 252 or Body revolutions you are NUTS!! Body Rev hires anyone and the tattoos look like crap... I got one at Body Rev and was pissed off because of how horrible it looked!! Then I went to 252 to get it fixed and they OVER charged me BIG time... If I wasn't so young at the time I would've bitched.. Toproc has portfolios you can look at that prove the work they did.
