Not at all happy. Had a beach rental for a week. Clearly not been cleaned when we arrived. Made a complaint that I had to chase three times to get a response. Response was that the $150 cleaning fee was still appropriate and 'you should have notified us upon arrival that the place had not been cleaned'! Not that easy late on a saturday night. To be honest though the biggest frustration was not that the place was dirty but the lack of communication and lack of interest from the durkin team. They really did not care. Will not be using them again. Shame really as with a bit of care and attention the house overall was good.
