The staff here absolutely treat you like you are a burden to them. I have noticed that they hire incompetent people to handle the pets in kennels, with the job market as it is they should give jobs to more reliable hardworking people. I will never take my pet here again as I feel they were dishonest, rude, and I think the only person with an actual educational background would be the veterinarian. I personally would not like my pets to be looked after by employees who look like drug addicts and problem teens. I know for a fact they do not drug test prior to employment. I am sure the response to this will be the same as they others but after this many bad reviews you would think they would do something to improve this business. There are MANY other affordable and amazing pet clinics in Olathe.
