Woke up to a 1/2 inch of water covering our kitchen floor and more covering our countertops- drain had clogged over night & neighbors above us kept using water. Called Ben Franklin, technician showed up about 90 minutes later, in half the time estimated! He was extremely courteous and professional, took care of the problem and even cleaned up some of the mess that happened from the clog! He definitely exceeded my expectations.
