I made an appointment with Sarah the shop owner. I was one of 2 clients in the entire shop, and when I sat in the chair the other client was complaining about her uneven highlights. I should have taken that as a sign and walked out. Voted best color? What a joke.. After being there 5 hours Sarah was unable to fix my hair and let me leave with brassy, uneven hair. I made an appointment that day for another corrective coloring to fix what she let me leave with. After leaving a dissatisfied review because I was, in fact, dissatisfied, Sarah had her very rude secretary call and cancel my next appointment and told me that I left a ""nasty review and I should find another salon"". I was so confused because I don't know how I was ""nasty"" to any of those girls. This is a salon in Taylor, don't be fooled by the desperate banner on their tiny building screaming ""voted best color!"". Your better off doing your hair yourself.
