Driving through El Paso i had a temperature problem on my vehicle. I called ahead and stopped right before closing. Adrian Valdez took the vehicle in and helped me rent a car. Driver from BMW dropped me off at Hertz. Vehicle was fixed according to plan... only some parts didnt come in . But due to travel could not leave vehicle. it was explained to me. The service advisor Adrian Valdez did everything possible to get me on my way and asssit me in every way possible. truly good service going the extra mile.\r
