The folks at Crystal Crystal really take pride in making sure they do a great job. In my experience they hire stand-up employees. I love that you can schedule your appointment online and then they confirm your appointment with you several times via email! When the carpets were finished they looked great - and we have two big dogs so our carpets don't always look or smell so hot.
