Very bad customer service, if you want to be talked down to be sure to show up 30 minutes before they open. They will happily remind you how little the customer means in this bad economy. I was asked if I could read, because my husband and I were waiting for the shop to open, and had gotten there 30 minutes early. It's hard for a solider to break the mentality that on time is late.
