My husband and I read a favorable newspaper review of Route 9 restaurant in Coral Gables, Fl. so we decided to try it. What a disappointment! We arrived at 7:40 p.m. and ordered our food by 7:45 pm. After a long wait we were told that our order had been lost and were asked what we had ordered. A few minutes later they told us that the order had not been lost after all and that the food was coming soon. We left the restaurant at 8:35 without ever having been served our food. The restaurant did offer us a complimentary glass of wine and did not charge us for the two glasses of wine we had ordered with our food. However, we did not go there to drink, we went there eat! Got there hungry and left hungrier!
