I purchased a remote battery for my laptop and paid $125 two weeks ago. It was in bubble wrap and the clerk never went over the return policy. So, I did what almost everyone does, throw out the bubble wrap. The battery was sold to me by the clerk to hold and make available up to four hours. Well how about 15 minutes? I went back to the store and when I asked the clerk, she cleverly went to hidden fine print and highlighted it that now tells me I cannot return it unless it was in the original packaging. And folks wonder why this chain is always in trouble. I learned the hard way and will never go back. I have cancelled our monthly corporate purchases so right back at you stupid merchant.
