I prepaid my gym membership and the gym closed in June. I have still been waiting to recieve my refund. The manager Maris Brennan told me I would be refunded in early July. It is now September and I have written numerous emails and they only get ignored. I am now in the process of having to go to court over this. This is completely ridiculous. I have never had this type of problem with a business before. I would suggest anyone who even thinks of joining any SNAP FITNESS to please reconsider.
