These guys are HORRIBLE. In two months of using them I have had multiple missed appointments, poor service of cleaning, and even saw them leaving about 30 minutes earlier than they were supposed to. It seems to be a new crew every time. Here's the worst part:\r

They have a key to my house and I had a scheduled cleaning every Wednesday. I was out of town on work and left a check on the counter for them. I get home, my house isn't clean, and my check is still on the counter. I get a call a couple hours later from my next door neighbor stating that she got home and her house was cleaned.\r

They went to the wrong house! No clue how they got in, but this is after a few months of using their service. I have tried to call Stacie, the owner, for the past month now. E-mailing, calling, leaving voicemails, and have never heard anything back. I'm worried also because they have a key to my house, and now they have disappeared.\r

A word of advice, never, ever, use these guys.
