I wanted to thank you for all you did for me with my Volvo! You turned a potentially unpleasant buying experience into an wonderful one. I didn't see the glovebox door until this weekend. I was pleased with the suspension and A/C but that was an extra surprise I wasn't expecting! So thank you and know that I'll recommend Fred Haas to all of my friends!
