The people that work for if you'd call it that are rude they lie and they for sure won't approve anyone that doesn't buy one of their park owned over priced homes. They do however give you the run arround for days and weeks asking for more abd more paper work untill you are at the end of your rope.after and only after you jump through every hoop do they say no you may not live here.they do however rent to people with noooo papers to be in this country as long as they buy from them.their is a bar next to this place where there is always fighting and yelling. If you drivr through the park at night i think you will get an idea of the kind of place this is
