Do not go to this Jeweler!!! After my fiance purchased my engagement ring not just once, but twice one of the prongs broke off. Believe me this was not a cheap ring either. The second time the actual diamond fell out of the setting. Before he purchased the ring the owner Sherie was very nice and accommodating, after we paid off the ring she suddenly forgot what customer service is. The day she said it would be ready, I called and asked if I could come in and get it and they said they would call me back in an hour. After not hearing back, I walked into the store and they then told me it wouldn't be ready until the following day. Learn how to use a phone people! These people are fake and I will never be returning.
