This was my third time having them out. We had shutters installed, most recently shutters covering 5 windows. Edgar was the installer on all of them, I put my order in on the condition that I would have Edgar as the installer. He is extremely knowledgeable, and knows how to overcome obstacles, and leaves no mess behind. David was our sales person who was very helpful too. I liked how they are very punctual.
