I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze at Commonwealth. The salesman, Jim Kowalik, went to great lengths to make my car-buying experience as smooth & positive as possible. He was very knowledgeable, helpfully pointing out that the 2012 & 2013 Cruzes had an 4 inches more front legroom than the used 2011 I'd originally gone to look at & arranging for me to get the same incentives on a 2013 that they were offering on the 2012s. When the finance dept. needed to have me sign some papers after I'd left the dealership, he went out of his way to bring them to me at work an hour away! A few days later, I received a hand-signed thank you note from the owner & a box of chocolate chip cookies. I would definitely recommend them!
