I had a dead rodent that was smelling up one of my rooms and the AC wasn't working very well. I thought something died in the air duct. Rudy came out with a thermal imager and confirmed that the air ducts were fine but the thermal imager was able to still locate the rat through the sheet rock. Topped up the R22 in the AC and my house is now odor free and comfortable again. FANTASTIC.
