Horrible service! My property management called them out and after repeatedly not being able to schedule an appointment (due to work schedules, kids schedules etc) I finally called last minute and scheduled an appointment the next day. He came out and told me he wouldn't be able to work on the chimney because we had a fire the night before...no big deal i thought i just rescheduled. Months later my property management charges me a service fee for them having to come out and not be able to do the work. When i called Chim chimney to dispute this, she said ""oh we tell all of our customers that they can not have a fire 2 days in advance to the appointment...(note how she said 2 days in advance) I told her i was never told that and considering that i made the appointment the DAY before that this wasn't a possibility. She told me she would check my file and get back to me. She called back an hour later and said ""yes we tell all our customers that they can not have a fire the NIGHT before work"" ummmm change your story much based on my facts!!! Crappy service and wasn't even willing to admit their mistake! Because of there mistake i am stuck paying for a service fee that i should never have been charged. Especially considering that it wasn't a cheap service fee and it hurt our monthly income having to pay it i don't feel like they are good quality business. I also dealt with Karla :(
