When I read about the Alexander Technique in the newspaper I decided to call for an appointment as my back had been sore for years. I tried many things to alleviate my constant pain such as exercise and yoga, but, nothing seemed to work. After several meetings with Matt my back started to get better... I started to play golf again without having to stop after nine holes because of back pain. I would recommend the Alexander Technique be tried by anyone with back pain.?
