My toilet wouldn't flush properly and called roto-rooter. They came out the same day. They snaked the toilet and found root debris. Instead of routing some more, they felt it was necessary to put a camera in the pipes the next day. We were not charged for the first visit as the problem was not solved. A new technician was sent out and after the video and taking the toilet apart still could not find the problem. He was here for three hours determined to fix things. He finally used the snake again and cleared up the problem. We were glad to have the toilet fixed but it seems we could have avoided the extra work and expense if the router had been used longer the first time. Overall we were pleased with the work and the determination of the second technician. The bill was painful even though he gave us a discount.
