I was warned that Utopia Management wasn't a good company to rent from that there are allot of complaints. I didn't listen because I figure everybody has different experiences with different people. Well I learned the hard way. We deceided not to sign the lease (husband) because of the lack of professionalism Michelle displayed. There was tension on the first meet, when you call she doesn't return your phone calls until 3 days later, in order for me to get an answer I had to take off of work and go and see her and that is when this situation was addressed. Even though the lease isn't signed she's keeping our security deposit for damages. She said in order for the lease to be valid my husband and I both have to sign the lease, she said she did not say that (liar). She said that there is a fee to readvertise the house the house is still being advertised all of the internet (liar) I looked myself its all over the place. This company is BAD BAD BAD, they are thieves. M
