First, I appreciated the personal touch by Trey, the president, himself. He was very concerned about customer satisfaction. Second, the reason I'd recommend them is that they took care of a lot of things, whether they were in or not in the scope of the project. Whenever there were difficulties with somebody, they stepped up to make sure things were done correctly. Third, they had fairly good pricing, so they were competitive. And fourth, they were very good about the details, and they came back to make sure everything was working right.
