All of they're refurbished and alot of new items are returned merchandise with underlying issues. Don't buy a computer here unless you want to argue with Ken when you have to return it cause its garbage. He is a very sad businessman that portrays himself as a righteous Christian when he is the opposite in his life. He is a liar and should not have a business with the practices he uses.
