As a new e-commerce business owner, I had no clue about what it takes to get a website up and running. He was so patient with me (because I was not the most Internet Savvy Person) and always answered any questions or concerns I had regarding my site. He always went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and always offered suggestions on what to do to make my business succeed.
