It was a fabulous experience. Academy Overhead Door was very prompt, here when they said they would be, and even called and let me know when the tech was on the way. He arrived, looked at the situation, and gave me the exact same price as over the phone. In looking at the situation, he found a frayed cord and replaced that also.
