The techs were really nice. Initially, I was skeptical because I'd called several carpet places and didn't like the way rates changed so quickly. Crystal Crystal was very reasonable and efficient. My carpet hadn't been cleaned in years, so it will take a few cleanings to get it completely together, but it is waaaaaayyyyy better than it was before.
