I have worked with Jack McKinney before and followed him to Electronic Home. He has a great combination of knowledge and calm to help work through complex projects. Recently, we had a challenge with our internet set-up that seemed to defy explination. Randy and his team were great in helping us work the problem even though they were not the ones who had set it up originally. When the first proposed fix didn't work, they came back and literally spent hours to problem solve and find a workable solution. Their graciousness and determination are very much appreciated. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.
