Josh came to us early Sunday morning, quickly evaluated the issue ( a cracked water holder in frige) and fixed it, all in less than an hour. He also gave recommendations on fridge settings as well.
Finally, he provided his excellent service for an incredibly reasonable price, less than what I had paid a year ago for someone who could not fix the issue.
All in all, a great experience. I would certainly use Pitstop again, and am telling all my friends.
