Don't use Commercial IT Solutions...They promote a ""Platinum Premier Service Agreement"" that seems to be a front for charging for uncovered services. Tecnicians not able to solve problems....Service Agreement has a 60-day notice requirement which attempts to charge you, even after the initial period....The final insult is that they send a bill collector to harass you if you are not satisfied with billing and fire them....
