I want to take a moment to acknowledge the service technician, Adam Douglas, who came to my home yesterday. In my opinion, Adam was very professional, personal, and knowledgable concerning the maintenance and function of my air condioning/heating unit. I have requested that Adam become my permanent Lenox technician.
