This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. First I was notinformed of all the things needed to have a hot tub installed. Permits and fences etc.Then I was told my spa would be delivered in 1 month and it has been 3 months. When I would call to find out what was going either I had to leave messages for the manager who never called back or I called and talked to the manager who had no clue what was going on and would tell me he would call back the next day he never did. After 3 months when I finally got the call that my spa would be there end of the week I was informed that I could not finance the whole spa and needed to come up with $1500 before delivery. They knew this for 3 months and never bothered to say anything! Stay away from this store!!!
