I spoke with Tom Varano and he was totally condescending to me as an unsigned musician. Then they require $500.00 for their services and their website looks like a total rip-off. None of the musicians listed on their sample page have Horizon listed as their management but Tom bragged to me about all the people he works with like Lady Gaga. And they have a picture of U2 on the front page of their website... give me a break!
